For this project, I selected the "P" glyph from the Fairwater Sailor Serif Regular font and created a pattern through reflection and translation. The design emphasizes the interaction of figure/ground and positive/negative space, allowing the elements to be perceived as both figure and ground. Using Adobe Illustrator, I explored the balance of pattern and color blocks in both large and small-scale formats to create a cohesive visual experience.
